Nina Maldonado

Nina serves as the Senior Manager of Operations and Networking for Franklin Mountain Management, providing strategic leadership across enterprise network operations and multi‑site technology initiatives. She oversees the organization’s help desk and directs the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and resilient IT environments that support all business units.  

With more than 20 years of experience in network architecture, cyber security compliance, and technical team leadership, she brings deep expertise in secure communications, operational governance, and the modernization of complex enterprise systems to enable organizational growth. 

She holds industry certifications including the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) – Collaboration, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Comp TIA Security+, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Cloud Computing and Network Administration from Western Governors University.
