Yolanda Giner

Yolanda is the Chief Legal Officer & Executive Vice President for Franklin Mountain Investments, LLC. Most recently, Yolanda was a shareholder at Gordon, Davis, Johnson & Shane PC where she specialized in commercial real estate, land use, land development and government law for 21 years.

Prior to joining the law firm, she served as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of El Paso and has been featured on the Rising Stars list by SuperLawyers®, a Thomson Reuters service, in 2005, 2007 and 2008, and the 2020 list of The Best Lawyers in America©, by Woodward/White, Inc., in the specialty of Real Estate and has received that recognition since 2010. Yolanda earned a BS at the University of Texas at El Paso and a JD at Drake Law School. She is also a licensed broker by the Texas Real Estate Commission.
