Job Summary
The Sr. HR Generalist is directly responsible for the daily HR operations and the employee life cycle to include talent management, on/off boarding, employee relations, enforcement of company policies and practices, training, compensation, benefits, and compliance.  The position will support the HR Manager with the oversight of HR operations for multiple companies, in four states representing various industries.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Senior HR Generalist or higher-level HR experience required
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field required
    • HR Certification strongly preferred
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) required with solid written and verbal communication skills in English & Spanish.

Job Summary
The Tax Accountant is responsible for ensuring tax compliance, will prepare or assist in the preparation of various tax returns for the Company. The scope of work includes research, study and interpretation of tax law and regulations, monitoring industry trends, preparing payments, identifying tax savings, and analyzing tax issues.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field.
  • 3 years’ experience as a Tax Accountant or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting procedures and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Software knowledge:
    • QuickBooks or comparable accounting software

Job Summary
The Business/System Analyst will assist in researching, analyzing, and preparing recommendations for new software application systems, system enhancements and evaluation of new technologies. The position is responsible for ensuring the integrity of new systems and systems changes through preparation and execution of test plans and the preparation and maintenance system documentation and manuals.

Essential Functions:

  • Act as a liaison between Information Technology (IT) and other departments to assist in the analysis of technical/operational problems, development of recommendations and presentation of findings to department management.
  • May act as project lead to coordinate the development and implementation of small projects.
  • Prepare and maintain application system documentation and manuals.
  • May assist in the preparation of business proposals for the evaluation and selection of application systems, development of system enhancements and acquisition of new technologies.
  • Technical and development support for end-use applications, special emphasis Yardi, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Total FBO
  • Provide support and assistance to users with variety of Microsoft Office products

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer or IT related field of study strongly preferred.
  • 3+ years’ experience in the role of Business Analyst or similar role in an IT environment.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like SQL and system integration solutions.
  • Proficiency with basic systems analysis methods and techniques.
  • Experience working with QuickBooks, NetSuite and Yardi strongly preferred.

Job Summary
The Sr. Facilities Trades Helper is a Lead Facilities Maintenance position responsible for the general maintenance and work orders of internal and external common areas, grounds, and facilities of the building.

Knowledge and Skills and Core Competencies:

  • Plumbing: Address issues as they arise with sewer drainsystems, kitchen/lavatory faucets, commodes, urinals, and automatic flush valves sensors. Assist with the repairs of water softener system, and domesticwater booster pump stations.
