Crystal Blanco

Crystal Blanco is the Payroll & Benefits Manager for Franklin Mountain Management, LLC. Crystal is a key member of the Human Resources team responsible for payroll and benefits administration for FMI and its affiliates.

Crystal has 11+ years of multi-state experience in Human Resources in the areas of food and beverage, aviation, logistics and distribution, and property management. Crystal is a native El Pasoan, she graduated with honors, summa cum laude, earning a BBA in Human Resource Management from Strayer University.
